Bitcomet is very popular because it is easy to use and doesn't bug you about port forwarding which can be confusing to figure out. I suspect that it might have something to do with someone making a torrent of a folder and then moving the files elsewhere before uploading so that a hidden file like thumbs.db might not be present and thus is the missing piece. I don't know if this is a badly made torrent file or what. Sometimes no peers can reach 100% for some reason even though the original uploader is trying to share. If there are still seeders or availability is over 1.00 than you should eventually get the last pieces. I think its fine if your only doing a little torrenting but many people hate it, so I switched to utorrent just to get along. From my experience bitcomet works very well without forwarding but that is because it cheats the system and hammers peers for pieces thus increasing its download speed at the expense of others. Click on portforwarding and find your router and follow instructions. has information on how to forward a port. UPnP is probably under Options>Advanced>Connection.

I think it asks for listening port number under Options>Connections. It's been a while since I used bitcomet so I can't really tell you how to navigate its interface.
